If you’re a US citizen with a valid US visa, you may be able to travel to your country of residence to work as an employee.
If you have a valid employer visa, your employer must accept your visa to work in the US.
However, you can’t work as a temporary employee in the country you’re visiting for the duration of your visa, even if you’ve already received your visa.
If your employer doesn’t accept your work visa, it may not be possible to work under your visa at all, and you’ll have to pay taxes on the salary that you earn in your home country.
The good news is that you can still get your work visas for the purpose of working in the United States, if you meet all the other requirements.
