Posted October 29, 2018 12:21:56I’m an Australian who works at a small electronics manufacturer and I work at home.
I was recently granted a visa to work in the United States.
I’ve been using a Visa, a Business Visa, and an Immigration Visa.
I have the exact same requirements for these visas.
I also live in the US.
I’m using a business Visa for travel.
I have been using an American Express card for travel to the US, but I need to buy the same hotel and car as an Australian for a Business visa.
For the business visa, I am required to purchase the hotel and hotel car in the same day that I’m issued my visa.
So, for example, if I travel to Miami in the next week, I’ll need to purchase a hotel and a car in Miami, Florida the same night.
So how does this apply to the Visa application?
How is this different from the American Express Visa application, which is also for travel?
My first thought is that this applies to my Visa application because I am applying for a business and I am the sole owner of the business, so the business would not be covered.
But, I don’t know how the business could be the sole holder of a business.
I can only assume that if you are the sole business owner, then you have the same requirements as any other US citizen.
I understand the business can only be the main holder of the visa, but this is just confusing.
What if I’m applying for the Visa for a trip to Europe, which the business owns, and that business does not own a hotel?
What if the business owner doesn’t have a hotel in Europe?
Would that be covered under my business visa?
What if the US government has a different requirement for a travel visa?
This would be an additional cost, and it would be the business who would pay the cost.
I do not want to spend the time and money on a travel application, because I’m already working full-time and I don´t want to pay for my own travel.
I want to apply for a Visa and pay the same price for the visa as an American citizen, so I’m not going to pay an extra penny for my Visa.
So, what are my options for applying for this Visa?
I’m currently applying for an Expedited Visa, which covers up to 5 months of work in a US embassy or consulate and I’m required to pay the visa fee on the first of every month for five months.
I am not able to work while applying for my Expedited visa, because my visa expires at the end of that month, and I do not have an expiry date for my visa and I can’t work while it is still valid.
I could also use a business or tourist visa, which will cover up to 3 months of travel, and will require payment of the Expedited fee on all three months of my visa application.
I dont know if that will be acceptable for the business.
So is there any way I can get a Visa while still working?
I don’t want my Visa to be a burden on me, but it also needs to be worth it.
I hope this answers your question. Thanks!
